Confirmation of a reservation

Upon receipt of your written reservation and a deposit of 25% per room, your reservation is considered binding.
The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, postal order or directly online.
Please understand that we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a specific room number or floor. The illustrated floor plans are provided as examples and are therefore not binding. Prices are subject to the local tourist tax, currently €3.40 per person (from 14 years) per day, payable on site. As of 01.01.2026 the tourist tax will be €4.50 per person per day.

Cancellation fee

• For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be credited for a future stay (valid only for accommodation, excluding extras and spa treatments, and redeemable within one year of the cancelled booking date).
• For cancellations after this deadline, 100% of the stay will be charged.
• In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

Deposit & Travel Cancellation Insurance

To confirm your booking definitively, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit.

Should you have to postpone or cancel your trip, or depart early due to illness or other valid reasons, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid cancellation charges.
