Confirmation of a reservation

Upon receipt of your written reservation and a deposit of 25% per room, your reservation is considered binding.
The deposit may be paid by credit card, bank transfer or directly online.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor. The floor plans shown are examples and therefore not binding.

Prices are per person per day with a minimum occupancy of two persons per room. For single use of double rooms we charge a supplement of 80%. Prices are subject to the local tourist tax, currently €3.40 per person (from 14 years) per day, payable on site. As of 01.01.2026 the tourist tax will be €4.50 per person per day.

Cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and EuroCard) or debit card.

Cancellation fee

Upon receipt of your written reservation and a deposit of 25% per room, your reservation is considered binding.

  • For cancellations up to 28 days before arrival, the deposit will be credited for a future stay (valid only for accommodation, excluding extras and spa treatments, redeemable within one year of the cancelled booking date).
  • For cancellations after this deadline, 100% of the stay will be charged.
  • In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

Deposit & Travel Cancellation Insurance

To confirm your booking definitively, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit.

Should you have to postpone or cancel your trip, or depart early due to illness or other valid reasons, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid cancellation charges.
